  • Responsible for analyzing legal implications of legislation and regulatory proposals, representing complex and technical policy positions simply before Congress and the Administration.  Accountable for coalition building, authoring issue advocacy briefs, drafting testimony, and participating in speaking engagements nationwide. 
  • Secretary and Board Member of the Internet Security Alliance. 
  • Oversaw the nation's largest tech-based state government affairs program, leading 18 regional offices in lobbying state governments, and managed a staff of 20 state policy professionals, with budgetary authority in excess of $500,000, exclusive of salaries. 
  • Aided in establishing a prominent eCommerce company's Washington, DC presence, executing their public policy agenda and managing their PAC. 
  • Successfully directed $6.5M wholesale food distributorship, servicing over 150 hotels and white tablecloth restaurants in the Greater Boston area. Responsible for all aspects of business planning, operations, sales, personnel and regulatory oversight.
